The chocolate images themselves look amazing Cat. Really superb work on that aspect.
Love the colour choices, again, another great element in your creation. Soft and silky immediately come to mind upon viewing the flowing lines and subtle folds present.
Hmm, I think it is your placement of those great chocolates that stirs a bit of conflict in me. I really, really, really ... really don't want to say 'contrived,' as that is way too harsh a word, but, my faculties are failing me at the moment. I think ... think I would have preferred a closer grouping, suffice to say.
You have some nice lighting effects and with the other individual elements being as strong as they are ... I believe you could still succeed with the above suggestion and not worry about the negative space. Just a thought.

The ridges, valleys and depressions, are all beyond my capabilities, but I think it's a very nice presentation.
