Just fancied doing something with the Caedes Spider. Hopefully someone will like it?
The background is a stock photo, rotated, of a painted brick wall.
Great image. I'm obsessed with spheres, so this appeals to me. I'd like to see it without the spider. And the fact that the glass is dark and a bit murky adds a certain reality to it, a sense of oldness... i get a feeling of a solitary piece of marble in New York, that used to be a toy of some child who grew up years ago and perhaps is now old, thinking of a game he used to play... Very nice. It'd be interesting to take a picture of a marble in cracks of a pavement with reflections of a city around it.
Hey again ... hopefully you won't regret asking for ... well, ok at least my comments. :oP
Caveats ...
The logo needs to be darker. And if you offset the placement of the *caedes marble ... wow. (It's a 'rule of thirds' thing in composition ... not ... not that rules aren't meant to be broken. ;o) )
This is quite nice. And that is a very sincere and high compliment. I don't want to add too many unneccessary superlatives ... this is good with a capital 'g.'
You are obviously talented and creative and I await your next visual offerings. Your efforts and work will surely get you noticed on the site. Keep posting and I hope you are enjoying the site. :o)
A little curious, Les, I am ... are you more Graphics Designer trained or PC Engineering?
