This picture was taken last fall at Beaver Lake (Stanley Park, Vancouver). The water was extremely calm, so I decided to drop a leaf in and take a picture of it. This is the result.
Very good shot. The branches at the bottom give it a slightly warped perspective. i would have liked to see them at the top of the image. Also, have you manipulated the colours in this image? Because you could do a lot just by messing around with the saturation, brightness and contrast. Easy to do and good results.
Very cool shot. I really like the simplicity of it. Agree with Raziel's comment, with a little enhanced saturation you could add nice deep blues to the reflections and bright red to the leaf. Regardless, a lovely shot!
i think this is a fabulous image the way it is.. maybe it could be improved, maybe not, but i'm satisfied :) i must say, the reflections are stunning, great work there!
and the leaf is a full guess, it looks like a poor lonely soul wandering through the infinity, seeking to find a friend.. or at least a companion in this image, heh :)
great composition and an excellent idea.. thank you for sharing it with us :)
This is nice! I love the text- the font is really cool. This reminds me so much of my "individuality" image, it's almost creepy... doodoodoodoo.... Anyways I like it a lot- great job :->
Then in their trouble they called to the Lord, and He saved them from their distress. He brought them out of their gloom and darkness and broke their chains in pieces. (Psalm 107:13-14)
Good luck!
