The signs are real. I discovered them a few weeks ago on the way to church. The signs aren't very clear (black and white) of what to do.

hehe, that's an amusing picture. If I were to take a guess, I'd figure someone accidentally put one of the signs on upside down. Since the road is already divided where the signs are, I think the one of the left is upside down, and should be warning the median will be going away soon. Fun Picture. Thanks for sharing. I like the fade to b&w, its a neat effect.
