This is one of the clearest insect images I've seen on here so far, and that's saying a lot because there are some pretty good ones :) I liked your blurb and the title..sometimes it stirs my imagination to know what the author is thinking about when the pic is being posted. No "howevers". I just think this is very well done :)PJ
Saw this in the voting gallery and had to come over and comment on t his terrific capture ..Such clarity and detail ..Top marks..I was thinking he was seeing the antenna as a friend ..Thier heads do look similar ..
You do not have to thank me if I leave a comment on your image...unless you really want to. ...this is a new thing to save time. =) All my thanks are becoming, "Thank you for the comments." over and over... If you want to thank me post a comment on one of my shots. I would appreciate it. Help me develop and grow.
This is so cool, Frank. Unbelievable focus!!! Let me ask you something ... do you go out looking for them or do you plant yourself somewhere and wait to see what happens in? - Patty
Okay Frank, now you've really done it. What an amazing kodak moment! It's like he's modeling on that antenna. Just amazing. Sharp, sharp, sharp! An A+++++ photo. anne :-)
Don't tell me it's good, tell me what is good about it. Don't tell me it stinks, tell me what I can do do improve it. Thank you for taking the time to tell me anything at all. Be blessed. anne :-)
Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual.

Triple rating here Frank. It's an amazing photo that is crisp, clean and clear. What a terrific post. Got it in the voting booth today as well.... :) Thanks for sharing it. TYU=thank you unnecessary ;)
I understand now how glassmasters caughed the idea to create stained glass windows and how Louis Comfort Tiffany get inspired to design lamps, "just" by observing nature...
...maybe your picture. ;-)
