Every day is a precious day. It is unknown what lies ahead. Capture the moment. Ponder journey's end. Anticipate the end of it, but never let it disappoint you. The rains have been heavy and usual haunts are now flooded. What once was a lovely island trail now unaccessable. This was a shot in parting.

I like the depth you captured. The shadow play on the wooden walkway / bridge leads the viewer to a closer look at the background trees. Nice B & W presentation ... well done.
