A standout illustration, Frank! Wonderful, whimsical design (I love dandelions). And elevated realism, by allowing elements of the wood to affect the texture and density of the white paint in places.
Excellent execution and eye for detail. So much so that I would have thought that this was a photograph, rather than an illustration, if you hadn't identified it as otherwise.
Frank, I've tried to blow away the dandelion 'parachutes', but didn't succeed in doing this, ☺ . Great render, and very appropriate for the Wednesday B&W challenge.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
Once again Frank, you really amaze me with your artwork and abstracts. Your work is real pleasant to the eyes and is something I would want to hang on my wall.

Really well done!
