This little fellow has had a struggle from the time he first hatched from that shell that confined him. When light first hit him it was a race against a gauntlet of things that wanted to take him out of this world. Even when he seemingly made it past the first hurdles a whole ocean of things wants to take him away even the ocean itself pushed hard at him. Even though it looks like a horror story is unfolding there is this inner drive that pushes him on. One day he will make his mark in this world and life will go on. Maybe we can study this little sea turtle and get some insight so we can push through the complex things that we are struggling with. He is just focusing on that thing that urges him on. There is something on the inside of each one of us that drives us on...just don't give up.

In real life, as you said even during their run to the water they are often caught by birds. In the water then there are other dangers waiting. Nice picture and narrative Frank.

Your narrative, especially with regard to the last part, has a philosophical character, Frank. In conjunction with your perfect illustration, it symbolizes the phenomenon of 'struggle for life' in a very characteristic way. Very good job again!

Good news is he will win the race because rabbits can's swim.
