Taken from the pier at Seahouses Northumberland.The castle on the Horizon is Bamburgh..I only had a small compact Fuji and it was a quickie..R.

It's the waves that got me this time, even if I do love old castles!! Nice shot to keep. Sometimes these little cameras of the past do a great jobs in the right hands.

Quickies are for the young Count B. Us old timers like to set the scene and compose it the best we can. Of course I am talking about photography. I really like the action of the water and the view of the far off castle.

Oh those breakers are awesome! Love turbulance on the sea!! And yes, I agree with Tick...quickies are for the young...but we never get too old to enjoy ones like this one. Very nice. Must have been a windy day. I love the distant view of the castle as well. Is there seaweed floating in the water? Verena
