Richie, I do suppose that the 'Walltown Craggs' is a section of the famous Hadrian's Wall. I do suppose too that 'Hadrian's Wall' and 'Roman Wall' are different names for the same wall.
Whether I'm right or wrong, you've provided us however with a wonderful image of this scene!
