Pretty high up part of Hadrians wall..Quite a climb for an Old Geezer like me..Not the highest,That honour goes to Whinshields Crags..But it sure felt the highest..Built on The Great Whin sill.117 kilometers long.It offers fine views over Northumberland and County Durham...The air was so fresh up there Yesterday..I slept like a Log last night.

Wonderful shot Richie. When I see a shot like this I start to imagine the hard work that went into forming that wall. No easy task! Fine well composed shot.

Truly a beautiful capture, very good depth and so sharp and clear. You sure have beautiful country on that side of the pond. R. I really like the new camera set up. Tigs♥ =^..^=

You and the Owd Timer do have it good, Count B. I would have hit the wall before I got to the wall I suspect. A good composition of your homeland.

One has to see this on full screen to appreciate the panorama. Well done Richie - the climb was worthwhile.

This is very nice. I love the angle on this one. I wonder what it would look like at sunset? Great job.

They sure knew how to build to make things last in those days Richie. Nice how it runs along the ridge top!

Can imagine that you were out of breath, Richie. Only viewing this image was already breathtaking for me (because of its beauty, lol).

That's a great shot of one of the stone walls. I would have to build one twice that high...or more...to keep my neighbors off my property. Of course, a loaded shotgun helps, too. LOL.
