Cornelius and Raj... The Western Belle.. This 69ft vessel, built in Great Yarmouth, was first launched in November 1935. She first entered service in 1936 and spent almost 50 years carrying passengers in Devon and Cornwall. Throughout the Second World War, she ran enhanced services to Devonport for workers in the Royal Dockyard. The boat also made evacuation runs during The Blitz..
