That's the inward journey over and I said at the beginning the end product was an anticlimax..I expected a torrent after the rains we've had but the peaty ground has absorbed the lot...Maybe a lesson for the planners..Natural flood prevention instead of all that concrete..Tomorrow the long journey out..You didn't think you were going to get off that easy ..Did you ?.....R.

I too would have thought that after such rains (we also had) you will find a "healthy" looking waterfall. What a shame! In spite of that the view looks good.

I do see what you mean R. I can just imagine the words that came forth, but you still brought back a nice sharp, and very colorful image. I'm looking forward to the journey back. Maybe it's a good thing. A torrential waterfall might have just washed you away and the trials would have culminated in you ending up even more worse for wear.
