1964 Jungle patrol Sarawak Borneo.A quick respite from hacking our way through the jungle.I swear it was growing behind us as fast as we chopped it down..The flashes on the soldiers shoulder represent the Kutching Cat.Kampong Sogoh was close to the Indonesian borderThat's the radio in the middle and a fat lot of good it was in the dense Jungle..That's me on the right a young soldier of 20..I think I was 40 before I found my way out....One for Lynns Comp maybe..R.
