That explains the cheerful faces...
"Photographywise" the mood is perfect, colours and tones too. Great historic detail and informative value.
The acting, on the other hand [this is nothing to do with the image and the artist photographer, dear Count Colonel], somehow failing...:)

I like this picture. I just wish I could be at the recreation with you. I am a member of American Legion 40/8. That means during the war they could fit 40 men or 8 mules into a boxcar. I wasnt around during WW1 but with my luck I probably would of been packed in with the 8 mules. Thru get togethers we raise money for Nurse Training Scholarships. Oh yea, all mtngs are administered in French. cant think of much you could do to improve the pic, except maybe - take more.
