Credit Mary Elizabeth Frye (1905-2004).. Typical of my daughter who put everyone before herself without exception colour or creed. Her work was to look after Autistic and handicapped people young or old,A job she loved and said she would have done unpaid..She arranged her own funeral and asked if Family and people would wear something purple,Her favourite colour.Cheryl said this to me whilst ill..Her passing will leave a void in all our lives,Family or not....Richie..

I continue to wake and say a daily pray for you and your family and of course, Cheryl as she becomes "the wind, snow, sunlight, rain, birds and the stars that shine at night." Beautiful words and image for a beautiful person. God bless you all.

What a brave and kind woman Cheryl was! With this poem you have touched our hearts deeply Richie. I have only one daughter and one granddaughter. I cannot even imagine something happening to them and so I know how you feel. I hope that time, that healer of all wounds, will help you to overcome your sorrow to some extend at least.

Richie, it's still hard for me to find the proper words now because the grief of the loss of my dear wife is still fresh in my memory.

A bold poem and sweet image but it's often hard for the bereaved not to cry Richie. I'm sure Cheryl made many a disadvantaged soul smile during her working hours and she is now missed by them.
