Very good shot of the male bullfinch. Very good colours, focus and bokeh.

You've been posting some very nice shots of our feathered friends, Richie.
I have noticed some noise/grain at the higher resolutions and have a tip for you (Photoshop.. but, this might be applicable to some other image editors).
"Smooth Gradients in Photoshop (Dithering)"
About half-way down the above linked page..
"Once the layer has been converted, you'll want to add either a Noise filter or a Spatter filter. For this gradient, the Spatter filter, which can be found under the Filter > Brush Strokes menu (or Filter Gallery), did a much better job at smoothing out the gradient."
And it looks like it would be very easy to make a selection of the bird and branch and small leaves.
That said..
