I agree with CH, an excellent choice of pallette for something quite different from the other entries. It's quite surprising how many different interpretations people can get from the same image.
Oh I love this manip!^^. instead of adding colors you took them out somehow.. that's how I see it anyway^^. lol very soft and it's a very minimalist approach^^. a very good job!
this is awesome-- the desaturation was managed just right, and where you kept color works perfectly. it is very artsy, and i think it's one of your personal bests, especially in technique and quality. 10/10!!!

amazing... looks like the leaf was frozen in time while capturing the various seasons of change... amazingly reflects the life of a human being so subtly too... love the crispiness of the background, and the colour. Cheers!
Are you ready to go to heaven?
Ephesians 2: 8 & 9 says, "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." Think about it... Why did Jesus have to die on the cross if all it took was good works to get to heaven?
Really a classy leaf portrait. Very good with the desaturation effects. These marvelous leaves look like they have a thin snow covering. The muted coloration is perfect for these fallen leaves. Good clarity and composition, plus details - the well defined vines and cold tips of these beauties. Excellent work Jon :*^
