One not taken in HDR ;o)
I took this view from the Leopoldsberg (Mt. Leopold) north of Vienna. In the foreground of Vienna you can see the 20th district (Brigittenau) with the highest building in Austria, the Millennium Tower (left of center next to the River Danube). You cannot see the house we're living since it's a bit right out of the shot.

There is a lot to look at and enjoy Chris. It is really a sprawling city. For some reason I pictured it smaller. What are all the white stakes in the foreground? I don't think it is a cemetery because the markers look too large.

I like how the hill is in the front, I think it's a orchard?
Maybe grapes? or trees? And then the eye goes to the city. It's lovely, but it's so hard to imagine all the bridges and hiways there. I imagine all things in Austria as a much different looking architecture. But I suppose "progress" hits everywhere in the world. This is an interesting city to look at, so many things to see in this photo. And Wow on that tall Millenium TOwer! The Danube, no matter what, it's beautiful and I immediately have the music in my mind. Thank yoiu so much. Verena
