This is a swan on The Marine Lake in New Brighton ,just next to Fort Perch Rock at the entrance to The River Mersey.

How white the plumage looks against the brown of the water. Such proud birds, and you have really caught this one well. Its though I am really looking at Odette. This has to be one of my faves of your works U. Steve.
