Don't have a clue. I don't think it's a tulip. LOL. Very nice shot of it though. Nice close up work, Steve.

I tried looking this one up but no luck. Which is a shame as it would be nice to know the name. The leaves look like something I get coming through from my neighbours garden, but the flower is not the same. The leaves are identical though..hmm.. . ( some time later lol) right with a lot of help from Al we think it could be an "echinacea" . Related to the daisy family. I think Lyn Eve would know what it was though.

Regardless of what it is, its a very pretty flower. Thank you for sharing it with us. Now I have to subscribe to this to see if someone does know what it is. xx

No idea Steve but I like the shape and colour. Jo might be on the right track with echinacea though, something in me says that's what they look like.

Cynlee is pretty knowledgeable about flowers too...maybe she'll happen along and see this beautiful bloom.

Love that great soft pink!

We don’t make art to show someone what something looks like. All this requires is eyes (or a lens). Art is supposed to have meaning, emotion, power, or magic. Alan & Mario "FourThirds"

It is a GAZANIA - and a very nice one too :)
Also known as Treasure Flower.
This one is possibly "Gazania 'Daybreak Pink'"
