As some of you know I am scared of horses and have difficulty getting too close to them. So, I was delighted to find some horses I could cope with. These are Seahorses in the Aquarium at Chester Zoo.

He looks really at peace with the world. Very good image considering it is taken through glass.

Big brother's watching you :o) A mistreated dog should try to leave a deposit on their masters best carpet, after all it's important to establish who's boss ... Welcome to the last resort. :o)

What an excellent and beautiful capture! Love it totally Steve and its faved! I'm sorry you're so afraid of horses. Were you hurt on one early in life? They're my most favorite animal, as I had one when I was a teen. He was my best friend and the love of my life. You don't know what you're missing! But I won't push it. Just beautiful once again!

We don't have any Seahorses in my part of the world or I would have had one in the Horsing Around series. lol. This is really cool. I saw one once at the Kentucky Derby. Of course it was in a aquarium. Good shot through water.

Awwwww, I have always loved seahorses...and this is just lovely.
What a magical little critter. I love his colour and the way he just blends in with the background to keep him safe. You took a beautiful photo of him. He'll look good 'swimming' around on my monitor..Not only that, maybe I'll give it a go to draw one in black ink!! See? you've inspired me now!!.....thank you Steve.

What a beauty Steve, I haven't seen one like this before. I can't see sea horses without a pang of guilt - I was in Italy many years ago and ordered a sea-food grill. It came garnished with sea horses, those little eyes looking up at me from the plate.
