This is the Seafront at New Brighton last Monday (20th October). You can see the relatively new Clown Statue that welcomes visitors to New Brighton. To parody the famous Skegness poster, "New Brighton, it's SO bracing!

You have captured that frothing sea very well here. The picture gives you a good idea of how the wind is blowing . I can almost hear it. Great shot, Steve!

Another very good one from the New Brighton Seafront Steve. Although I've seen waves almost all my life, it still impresses me. Thanks for this wonderful view.

I don't think I like the clown. It kills the great image I had of the New Brighton Promenade. Has there ever been a song written about the New Brighton Promenade? It has such a musical quality about it.
