It was only a bit choppy out in Liverpool Bay when I took this picture of The Perch Rock Lighthouse ( at the mouth of The River Mersey) with my pocket Fuji F31fd.

I looked at this earlier in the day and wanted to wait until nighttime to view it again and see the difference..lol..Looks better!..hehe..Wow what waves and a gorgeous view! Excellent shot!

It is amazing what those little pocket cameras do. I wonder why we seek more. Must be the fun of the chase. Nice colors and the action is superb. Great sky.

Just 'a little' choppy... not a day to be out in a small craft for sure! The lighthouse looks its usual sturdy self standing strong against wind and waves...

The reflection adds a calmness to the image - I really like it btw:)
That lighthouse is a real landmark and I guess has saved many vessels from disaster although I believe L'Pool Bay is littered with many wrecks.
