This is a Great One-Horned Rhinoceros. They are native to India and are very endangered. This picture was taken yesterday at Chester Zoo, which is Britain's biggest and most visited zoo.

Great close up of that handsome critter. It looks like someone took a grinder to it's horn. All that's left is a nub. LOL.

He kinda looks like a dinosaur to me, it's a very cool shot. You can see the texture of his skin and I think Jim is right, about they grind his horn down to a nub. Maybe he was do damage to things. Great capture.
