This is the fire-place in the foyer/restaurant in the year-old Victoria Gallery and Museum at Liverpool University. It is housed in The Victoria Building (1892) which is the original university building.

And the clock is still working, the work (In the 1890's) that went in to make this, really shows. A very nice shot of this beautiful work.
