A beautiful country lane in Orford, Suffolk on the east coast of England. This lovely lane was 50 yards from our hotel, a 16th century building.

I love this view down the lane with the ivy covered cottages on the way. I could fancy a little stroll down this hill.

I really like these type of shots of the villages. They seem so intimate. Excellent post and it makes me want to see more Caruso.

Beautiful shot of that lane. I can see myself on a bicycle going down...but not up. LOL. Good work, Steve.

Ah, so you have discovered Orford! One of the best places I went last year looking for photo inspiration. I don't think I posted anything! This is a lovely rural shot, winding road with cottage like houses and great dof. Nice work.

I just gave this one 10/10 in the VB before realising whose photo it was. The thing was with this capture was that you could almost imagine yourself standing there in this street looking out at that scene. The light, colour, clarity and DOF are spot on. Well done!

How beautiful this lane is. It reminds me of the closing scenes of Goodnight Mr Tom when the little lad rides his bike down the hill ( uh oh it always makes me cry :( )
