A study of a swan taken this afternoon. The swans are back on the Model Boating Lake on the New Brighton Promenade.

Rather unusal swan image Steve. You know that I don't say 'a' when it's 'b'. Perhaps I didn't get used to such images yet, but being honest, I like to say that I prefer your wonderful swan images from the past above this one.

Looks like a contortionist swan Caruso. I would not have known it was a swan without your narrative. Very interesting and creative post.

This made me think instantly of Odette in Swan Lake, it looks as though she is about to unfold gracefully at any moment. Love it!!
