This is the view from The South-Western end of the New Brighton Promenade. It could have been called, "There Be Wales!" as the hills in the distance are North Wales (the home of our very good friend johindes). In the mid-ground is Leasowe, where you can see the Leasowe Lighthouse.

I like the color tone of this, Steve. Now, go get me a closer shot of THAT lighthouse. I love all the Perch Rock Lighthouse pictures you have.

Now this is beautiful U. Steve!! Its gone right into my faves. Its so funny really because I ended up travelling to collect my great nephew yesterday, and as I looked over towards Merseyside as we passed through the top of Rhuallt Hill/Holywell turnoff, I tried to get a picture and name it after you! It was only that the sun was just in the wrong place. Next time x

Great shot! Reminds me a bit of home ... beach, sea, lighthouse, and fog. Keeping it as a close resemblance, thanks.

Looks like a couple of neighbors saying hello Caruso. It is amazing that you can see another country from your beloved Promenade. Love the tones.
