One of the huge ACL container ships sailing into The River Mersey and sailing past the Perch Rock Lighthouse. The beach you can see on the other side of the rivermouth is Crosby Beach. This is where Antony Gormley's wonderful satues called "Another Place" can be found.
Taken with my trusty, old Fuji F31fd which just happened to be in the car at the time.

That is the company my daughter is working for Steve. She looks after the import side. Those ACL ro-ro ships call at Hamburg regularly. NIce shot of the ship with the lighthouse.
