No, not really. This is a view of The River Mersey taken from Fort Perch Rock, "Glorious" New Brighton looking across to Liverpool Docks. this image has been manipulated in Picasa 3 to look more like a 1960's image. The image was taken two weeks ago at low tide as this wall of the fort is normally covered with water.

I like the blend of colours here on Mr B, Fort Perch Rock, & the sands really stand out. Isn't it good to have the sunshine again after all that rain ... HURRAH !

I like the point of view here..great tones amid the light and shades!

I been to Liverpool docks...'Once'..to get the ferry to the 'Isle of Man'...Came of night shift...drove all the way down there..then waited till 1.00am in the morning before we could drive board!....Slept for 3 days at our holiday place!!
