Taken a few years ago but in March. This is, of course, The Perch Rock lighthouse at the mouth of The River Mersey.

Great photo of the iconic lighthouse, Caruso.
The waves add to the beautiful seascape.
It looks good in b/w.

Beautiful shot of this lighthouse, Steve. The BW tonal range is excellent. Don't think I'd enjoy working there in the winter.:-)
though I expect it is automated.

I like the clarity and the lighting. I think the waves washed up over the promontory that the light house is situated on. The power of the winds and waves look a little scary. Very nice!
