It's now, of course, this image of the Big Wheel next to Fort Perch Rock on Marine Promenade in "Glorious" New Brighton was only taken on 2nd May 2017.

Super shot and really like the way it has enjoyment/fun on the left and work related on the right. The treatment really works for this

Won't take a 'ride' in a Big Wheel, Steve. Won't check this way whether I'm dealing with vertigo or not, ☺ .
Very good Wednesday B&W challenge entry however!

Cool shot and sepia vibe! It does give the image an old postcard feel.

Ever been on the Giant Wheel? What are those structures on the right?

I had to smile at the seagull supervising your activities and posing for his portrait. :)

You have captured the atmosphere of 'then' very expertly Steve, even though it is very much 'now'

The sepia tones and the big wheel immediately take me back to childhood, and the thrill of going to the 'fair'. The big wheel always appeared as big as this monster when one was little ! :)

Thanks for adding it to the BWC

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
