I have posted some images from this place before but I had this one around from last winter and decided to throw it in. I really just like those old poles for some reason!

Yes, the sky is so beautiful and we have it twice, it's great in the water too. Really pretty, Paul.

A higher contrast shot than your previous one of this subject, Paul. Makes it look even more dramatic. Great work.

Paul - It looks like the peaceful kind of place to simply stand (or sit) and take in the beauty. Very nice! Thad

Old Poles are like Old Americans Paul. They should be respected in the sunset of their lives. Nice post(s).

Very nicely captured sunset scene Paul. Beautiful colours in your sky and reflection. Those old poles create some lovely silhouettes and shapes. Thanks for sharing.

Such a peaceful setting. I know why I like these poles....you can tell they have been there for a very long time. They stand as sentinels along the shore....and if they could talk...they would definitely have tales to tell. They have seen the stormy and rough waters to sparkly summer waters....but my favorite are these colorful sunset waters! Another very fine sunset shot of these pilings:)

There is always something awesome about photos with old dock pilings. It makes the whole photo so much more interesting. I love this sunset of yours. How wonderful! I hope this weekend I will see a couple good ones too. It's supposed to be nice and warm here!! Paul you and I are so fortunate to live in the Pacific Northwest, there is so much to see and enjoy. Thanx for a gorgeous photo. Verena

Amazing view and capture, Paul! I love these piling captures of yours, and I think this is my favorite of them so far! I see that one of the pilings on the left takes on the look of a cross. Really powerful scene, with beautiful reflections and colours! Faved.
