Taken Just outside Silverton Oregon. Just thought a little wheat couldn't hurt a fading sunset. Hope you like!

Silverton has, for the moment, turned to Glowington. The darkness and the deep orange glow remind me of a smith's anvil and fire. This should be seen full view to see the nuances of the differnt tufts of wheat. Thank God for wheat and thank you for this fine image.

Fantastic sunset shot, Paul. I like the almost silhouette of the foreground. I hope everyone looks at this in a larger size to get the full impact of the shot.

I thought I had all the answers, but it turns out I don't even know the questions. -Stephen Prothero (paraphrased)

It does look great full size Paul. The silhouettes make the sunset even better. Either the wheat is unusually tall or you had to get in the prone position for this angle. Good work.

Where's the reflection? :)
A good capture of this "golden" sunset scene, Paul. Beautiful colours in the sky and a great view through these sheaves of wheat.

Really cool shot! I think I would have tried a bit more contrast to bring the wheat out more. But then I don't know too much about photography. Great shot Paul!
