I like it alot... the beams in the bg give you this feeling of freedom and liberty, like they were eminating from the statue. (or at least they do to me) =) Simple but nice.

A lot of great photos are taken by mistake, then found. Don't give up on a failure.

This is pretty cool with the background. I like the shades of white and blue. Almost creates a godlike image. neat job!

this is a great image indeed. she stands so proud as she should.and as you should by being in America. the home of the free, the home of the brave.the back ground sky sets the image off. a lovely image indeed. and yes to all. it is a great desktop image.

A friend of mine works in a camera store. The other day a very
confused looking woman approached the counter and handed my friend
a camera. She said "I took pictures, but I forgot to have film in
the camera. Can you please get them out of the camera for me?"

My first instinct was that that this needed to be flipped to allow open area for icons - but - then it hit me that the torch would be in the wrong hand! DUH! I really like the streaming effect of the clouds. They add a true sense of power to the image -
