Very nice still life and manipulation. It reminds me of a series of egg slicer and eggs photos that I shot back in the late 70's. Great lighting and composition. Good job.

Thank you all. This is Klas' image and I just futzed with it a bit. You know, a little jingle here, a jangle there. It was fun. But the primary image is a superior capture in all aspects.

Ah, that must mean I futz all my photos. ^_^ I liked this one but it was tough to select our entries from all of the nice manips you made. It was a close call but it's nice to upload our joint work in this way too.

You deserve all the credit you get on all of your work here you know. It was nice working with you on this project. Next time I'll try and be less futzed myself. (I had such a damn hard time to make decent photos for this I almost surprised myself with my near incompetence. =) )

there i was with my Kodak Instamatic loaded for bear, looking for the chance to break into the world of photographic art. all i needed was inspiration. then i saw it. an egg slicer- AN EGG SLICER! it hit me like the proverbial bolt from the blue. this would be my ticket out of obscurity. no more being laughed at! an egg slicer! oh, the majesty of it all!!!!!
