I decided to look toward the OTHER side of dreams, the images and feelings that create difficult questions in our minds. You can find the original here.
Just got up and with cup of cofffee in hand, checked into Caedes and the uploads from last night and yours was the first one up. Good Lawd almighty. I was going to stir my coffee but after looking at your composition, my hand was shaking so bad, it wasn't necessary! Would somebody tell me if I died during the night?
I like this Tracy. There is just enough blur to render the composition mysterious but still enough detail for one to be able to discern what is going on. And of course the colors are right . Well done.
Now, I'm going to have to make another cup of coffee. Thks to you, I dropped mine.

avast!!! very nice rusty colours here, the otherside can be equally if not more powerful that the lighter side of our subconcious. i be at work so i cant see what the original image looks like as its blocked but i wouldve liked to have seen the skull n cross bones a bit smaller perhaps....or maybe justteh skull n cross bones just showing thru the darkness that the otherside consists of :~)
Disturbing, as some dreams can certainly be...the subtlety serves to enhance that further which strangely enough can happen where dreams are concerned...your texture and color choices fit well with the mood and feelings it provokes...good work and good luck.:Pat.
Yep, I will have nightmares tonight Tracy....ugh! The colors seem to suit this dream just right and the filter that you used to achieve the texture is very fitting as well. Guess I am off to bed now to dream or rather, have nightmares! Good luck in the contest!

Now there's a series for you Trace. Nightmare images for your desk top. I think it's a winner. I like this one a lot. Love to see you doing non swirlies for a change. And the shot of Duke is more than a snapshot...it's art I'd say.
