Great capture, really like the scene, color, light, reflections but especially that you got this at just the moment before the oar enters the water.. good work.

No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.
This sailor (?, ☺) must have a high self confidence, by not wearing a life jacket in such a tiny boat. I suppose as well that this image wasn't taken in cold weather conditions because there wasn't any protection for hypothermia.
