When I was a kid, this would have been my dream tree for climbing. Now that I'm not a kid and fear breaking every bone in my body, I can appreciate the beauty of the tree for what it is...one of the scariest looking trees in the world. I'm reminded of the scene in the Wizard of Oz when the trees come to life and start chucking apples at the Straw Man. I would love to see this one shot near nightfall in black and white.
Dorothy Michaels: No, just Dorothy. Alan's always Alan, Tom's always Tom and John's always John. I have a name too. It's Dorothy, capital D-O-R-O-T-H-Y.
