A shot I took at one of our Metro Parks. I do like to stroll around with my camera. My short walks can take hours at a time. I was once asked about how many pictures do I need of trees. Well, I need the next one - of course! There is always a neater better shot ahead!

nice shot John leading the viewers eye up the steps and round into the woodland! there are some light reflections about half way up, but they create a kind of apparition and dreamy effect to it! nice work!

I love to go walking in woods, they are different everytime you visit. I too carry my camera at most times and go what my kids call photo walking :) so your not alone. You just never know when "THE" capture will present itself.
I love this capture though it made my calfs ache just looking at those steps :)

"I'm going out exercising" is my excuse, and it works most of the time! I love trees and have since I was very little. I drew and still draw them when I can. Lovely shot of these stairs. Keep on uploading these images. I'll love the next one and the next one.....

:)

Lovely rich colour in the leaves and the stairs are well placed to lead the eye back into the frame. There's a bit of glare but it doesn't detract - as Patti says it adds a slightly surreal effect. Nice one.

Beautiful colours! I love autumn leaves. And lovely composition, a little bit of lens flare there but really lovely shot.
Looks like a wonderful place to go wandering :)

I can feel the sun on my face in this lovely fall shot and I like your attitude about taking pictures too!

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes
