John, excellent composition, as usual, on this one. I love the way you foung the spot where the trees formed a natural framing for the structure. Well done!
"'Life is not a journey to the grave with the
intention of arriving safely in a pretty
and well preserved body,
but rather to skid in broadside,
thoroughly used up,
totally worn out,
and loudly proclaiming,
"WOW! What a ride!"'
This is another great shot of the fog. I like how you have caught the tree with all the brown dead leaves in the foreground, it lends something extra to the capture. Well done!

[One misty moisty morning, when cloudy was the weather,
I met a withered old man a-clothed all in leather,
He was clothed all in leather with a cap beneath his chin, singin':
"How d' you do and how d' you do and how d' you do again"]lol
I'm sorry, John. Whenever I see fog like this, I think of misty, moisty and that diddie came to mind.
Is this Antrim Park? It must be cloudy a lot these days with snow still on the ground. I love the mysterious look of this. You capture fog really well.
Loved Cindy's diddie. It fits well with the great photo. Foreground is great and leads the eyes (through the fog) to where people gather during nicer days. Was it the fog that kept them away or is their absence due to their apathy. We'll wonder. It looks like you're practicing for the stalking days of summer. lol Have a good one my friend.
I recognise this view, but not this presentation of it. I like Antrim in the fog, especially this almost-monochrome with splashes of brown from the leaves. Superb!

That's a doozie, John. Great shot through the fog, and perfectly framed with the trees. The leave left on the three on the right really give the picture nice color. Good work.
Are we in the twilight zone ? Where are ghosts or monsters ? This shelter is for the devils meeting, where our nightmares bring us in the deep of the night. Hoooooooooooooooooooooooou !
Another favourite! Love all those bare branches in the snow...also love the two trees with leaves on the right side. It is like a parent showing the child the dangers of winter.
