Yesterday, I was following the creek when I came across this bridge. I was actually standing in the creek, on two slate rocks, tipping back and forth, when I took this shot. I plan to return to this spot throughout the seasons to see how it changes.

It's a gorgeous scene right now, but I bet it is really something with all the fall colors. Great shot, and you must do a good balancing act. The shot isn't blurry.

This is a FABULOUS shot, John. Love the shadows and the sun coming through near the bridge and the colours, green is my favorite colour. I also agree with E J about the arch in the bridge. OUTSTANDING

This is a wonderful capture you have here John. I particularly like how the bridge is silhouetted against the green leafy trees. You really have a keen eye for a good shot John. Well done! (I kept wondering while looking at this one if you were wearing your wellies!!!! lol)

Wow again John. "The Bridge over the River Oh My!! This is such a great use of light and shadows. I believe you are The Shadow. I love this shot with the archway. It must have been like finding a pearl in your oyster soup. Good post Shadow.

What a lovely old bridge... it hides itself in all the foliage as if waiting for some revelation... or a photographer to come and recognise its beauty.
