AHHH!! REminds me of this place in one of my favourite books!! (TWILIGHT!) I love this picture, it's such a treat for the eyes!! Looks like a dream, I love it!! I was I sitting on that bench reading Twilight right now for hours. Wonderful job!!

What I love about your recent posts John is the mystery behind them. Are they fairly desolate paths where one can sit for hours and contemplate? Are they heavily used trails where I can sit on that bench and chat with people as they come past? Does Awd Bob indeed have squatters rights that will force me to pay him a fee to sit for a while?

I love these John, and as always, I love the colors, and the combination of light and shadow!

John, I really like this shot & it sure would be a fabulous spot to go for a long walk and just let your mind wonder. Great colour, clarity and love the way the paths separate and takes your eye to the bench to sit in. LOVE IT

It is nice that someone thought to put the odd bench in these woods for people to rest and take in more the beauty around them. To hear the birds and sounds too. This is a lovely photo of this tranquil spot, and what better way to enjoy it than to sit on that bench. Well done John!

Looks like a great place to do some walking, and the bench looks like a good place to do some resting. I get tired fast...are there more benches in there? Very nice, John. I like that trees turning a bright green, and the light and shadows are very good. Excellent work.

Just a great photo Shads. It reminds me of a sign that someone wants you to sit down and enjoy the light. They will warm you like in days past. Very sentinmental photo old friend. Love the lights and of course the shadows.
