We have a lot of those down here.
You can find some odd things in those piles besides wood.
The Reflections are a Wonderful Bonus to this image.
Thanks John.
Woowee....are you going to climb out on that limb and take a dive? Yippie!!...Kersplash!!!!....Throw me a life preserver. LOL. Great reflections in this gorgeous picture, John. How did you get the water to sit still for you?
Love this shot, John. The colours are really great and the composition is a 10. Really like the way the water is rippling. Another great shot - way to go.
Just perfect Shads. Every river has a collection spot where debris gathers. I often wonder which log, tree or whatever was the first to pick the spot and invite its friends to stay. They remain until another bout with rising waters moves them out. Reflections are really good. Nice use of light and shadows, again. Have a good weekend.
Do you know really how perfectly beautiful this is John? No words can say how beautiful it is to me. Besides the fact there has to be some crappies in there!..lol..+fav'd buddy!

John, this is absolutley one of my favorites of yours. the colors are apectaclar, the reflcetions transfixing and the tree branch to the left guides the eye directly yo the focal point of the picture. Superb and faved!
"'Life is not a journey to the grave with the
intention of arriving safely in a pretty
and well preserved body,
but rather to skid in broadside,
thoroughly used up,
totally worn out,
and loudly proclaiming,
"WOW! What a ride!"'
This is really lovely John! I like how the sunlight filters through the trees and the reflections on the water. A truely beautiful place which you have caught wonderfully! Well done!
