Great work Shads. Looks like a winner to me. I really like it. You made a wise decision. This could take home the brass ring. Good luck to you.

Dreamy moon glow. I like the graduated light, just enough to see the trees. Lovely creative scenic evening.

Maybe a tad more black than needed but find this image draws me in and makes me ask what's in the shadows. Eerie and effective John. As EJ suggested the neg sapce does cry out... at least to me. Good luck in the CC!

I really like that first image, John, but this is good as well. What you did here is very appealing and somewhat mysterious as well as an excellent representation of negative space. Good luck in the contest!

I really like this John. The brigde does look dangerous to enter :-). The image is mysterious and makes great use of negative space. Good luck!

This is great, John. Contest or no contest. I know it's just me, but I keep expecting someone to come out on the bridge and start singing, like in an old black and white movie. Maybe Nelson Eddy? Good luck with this in the contest.

A mystery dream... is it dangerous to cross over the bridge? One thing is for sure, it will be a journey, probably through the moonlit forest... It all seems silvery and haunting.

One of those strange, other-worldly creations that takes elements of everyday life and combines them in an unusual way. I'm struck by the way the trees seem menacing as if they're walking off to the right. Neat work John.

Wonderful contest entry John. The negative space with a faint glimpse of the trees makes the bridge & moon all that more mysterious & eerie at the same time. I feel as if this is the opening scene of an Alfred Hitchcock flick. Outstanding work & best of luck.

I think everyone has been scratching their heads wondering what exactly negative space really is, but in this image I think you have captured it perfectly. Brilliant idea. Good luck in the contest.
