Johhhnnn ... supposed to wait for a bit. "Patterns" will be on the contest menu soon enough. Maybe sooner, rather than later. Who knows ...

... ...

Ahhh, got it.

I think? (<--- Which is not my strong suit. :oP)

Speaking of strong (nice segue, eh?) ...

Nice shot.

You composed your photo here very well. Given all that is happening within frame ... it works. :o)

Caveats?

And this just may rest with me, perhaps ... and as a suggestion only ... a lighter hand on the post processing front. Some, that is. As I do enjoy the high contrast look.

The visual drawback to my eyes is in that of the sky. (<--- Just my opinion, and that is all ... no more ... no 'les's. ;o) )

That said, and reiterating ... good good composition. Well-balanced. Lots to investigate and hold one's attention. Lines, shapes, forms, colours ... and and and ...

That's a good good ... thing. :o)

I really like this one, but I would have taken the saturation down a tad. Just my thought, but again you have given us a very good image. ♪ ♫ :)Sandi♪ =^..^=

This really reminds me more of hospital than a university. What cool buildings and a great shot John!

I would say this is the hospital in your Lady In The Window post Shads. I like all the textures as well. If you are drawing interest to the textures you wouldn't want the sky to get the most attention. The sky looks good in the reflections.

Wonderful composition, John! Like many of the others, I'm also enjoying the various patterns and textures, especially that of the brick wall. I also like how the green of the tree leaves contrast against the red bricks. Very well done! :)
