I would probably have beads of sweat too after I made that walk Shads. Look like a good place to stop and do some swapping. This is a good one. Colorful.

Bending seems to be an unofficial theme in today's postings. I think if you wander up your trails after drying off your beads, you'll find Tick taking photographs on the side of the road. Then you can both watch as Thad comes kayaking around the bend of the river.:)
An interesting looking scene, John. I like the perspective. Nicely composed shot with some great colours.

Think about the photo before and after, never during. The secret is to take your time. You mustn't go too fast. The subject must forget about you. Then, however, you must be very quick. Henri Cartier-Bresson

Nice place and photo, John. It would be very nice to walk there and rest on this wooden bench.

I don't walk fast enough to have any beads. LOL. I like the way the fence and trail lead you through this shot, but only in intervals. Even my old eyes have to take a rest on the bench.

Great shot, John! You've done a nice job capturing these colorful autumn woods. Love the orange leaves and the sunlight in the treetops.
