Time flowers with

of where and when
again and again...
Esther Leclerc, Space-Time Continuum

The fractal nesting of the relationship between space and time at different scales causes phase transitions, as the influence of one force changes with respect to another, and from this we get the astonishing variety of behaviors in the material world.
R.A. Delmonico

Beyond the corridor of our space-time there are infinite numbers of universes, each of them is governed by its own set of laws and physics.
Amit Ray, Enlightenment Step by Step

But Einstein came along and took space and time out of the realm of stationary things and put them in the realm of relativity-giving the onlooker dominion over time and space, because time and space are modes by which we think and not conditions in which we live.
Dimitri Marianoff, Einstein: An Intimate Study of a Great Man

Where there is no consciousness, there is no time.
Wayne Gerard Trotman, Kaya Abaniah and the Father of the Forest

I wouldn't know a space-time continuum or warp core breach if they got into bed with me.

I can't say I'm familiar with any of the references you listed in your post text, John, except possibly Patrick Stewart (spoken in a solid English brogue), but the image you've presented us here is a real gob smacker. Instead of travel through a worm hole, through space and time, this is more reminiscent of an organic machine. One wonders if we were to turn 360 degrees, would we see more portals to more worlds. It's rare that mixing a graphic like a fractal with a photo works but you've definitely pulled it off. Kudos, dude!

I looked at this image a bit longer than I did with the others perhaps and I must agree with Nik that this is an excellent job.

I find it disturbing and intriguing at the same time. Does it portray loneliness or self containment. I am not sure. The person appears (to me) to be playing chess alone. That makes me dip into sadness.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

I love your blend of reality and the unknown Strat.
Magnificent work and the photo makes the black hole seem real.

I recognize some of the elements from your other recent posts here and just when I think I've seen the best one you come up with another...an intriguing combination of the photo with the fractal, the present and the future, the real world with the alien realms of the imagination...a magnetic and philosophical creation...faved.

While it appears that indeed there is light at the end of the tunnel, as a continuum, that may not be so. You provide much to think about.

The way authors and scientists address the relationship between space and time at different scales is truly impressive. After reading it, I couldn't help but think about how time and space can affect our daily lives. At the same time, using time calculator can help us better understand how time is calculated and managed.
