Reminds me of ^Turkey Tail^ fungi growing out of a fallen and rotting tree. Then again, this could easily be either a succulent or a fungi on ^Earth 2^, where a fungi burger is a top seller in local diners. To anyone making that trip, be sure to ask for a side of fried green hydroponic Tom toes.
